Concept
Participants work together to build a Rube Goldberg machine – a grand, intentionally complex mechanism that achieves a very simple goal.
The group is divided into teams, each responsible for creating its own section of the chain. In the grand finale, all sections connect and the entire machine springs to life in a dramatic sequence of reactions that everyone will remember.

Warm Up
The facilitator splits participants into teams and conducts a short energiser. After a brief introduction, each group receives a set of materials and a schematic for their section of the build.

Construction
Teams bring their designs to life while ensuring smooth connection with neighbouring sections. Creative participants can also decorate their section using provided elements. For an even more colourful finale, the program can be combined with our Corporate Painting team-building activity.

The moment of truth! Participants trigger the chain reaction and the spectacle begins — balls roll, ropes tighten, blades spin, and the mechanism comes alive. Optionally, integrate our painting module to reveal a custom artwork or your company logo at the end.
