The “Dream City” team building invites participants to design and build their own unique city from cardboard, tape, paint, and other materials.
At the start, each team receives a project card with the type of building they need to create.
Throughout the process, teams unleash their creativity, improve communication skills, and strengthen relationships within the group.
At the end, all buildings are assembled into a single Dream City, and teams present their creations, sharing their experience and the results of their work.

Material Hunt & Supply Collection
Teams complete fun mini-games and challenges to earn materials such as cardboard, tape, paint, and decorations needed for their buildings.
City Construction
Using the collected materials, teams design and build their assigned structures, applying creativity, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
City Presentation
The grand finale – all buildings are combined into one Dream City. Each team presents their creation, shares their design ideas, and celebrates the collaborative effort.
